Privacy, in plain language

This material asks something difficult of people, and privacy is part of how we honor that. Here is everything this site does with information, written to be actually read.

What we never do

• We never ask what you are forgiving, or who hurt you. That stays between you and your workbook.
• What you write in the interactive workbook never leaves your device. Your answers are stored in your own browser. Signing in syncs only where you are — which lesson, which step — never a word you typed.
• We never sell or share your details, and there is no advertising or third-party analytics on this site.

What we do collect

• Anonymous download counts. When you download a workbook we count the edition and language — nothing about you.
• Your account, if you make one. Name, email, and your place in the workbook, so we can save it. Accounts are optional; every workbook is available without one.
• The group form, if you send it. What you type in it, so we can support your group.

Your controls

• You can delete your account and everything it stores yourself, any time, from My Path. Deletion is immediate and complete.
• The interactive workbook has its own “erase everything” control for what’s stored on your device.
• Email is opt-in and unticked by default. There is no newsletter — the team writes to the list by hand, and rarely. Ask us to take you off it at any time and we will.

This notice will be reviewed before launch. If anything here is unclear, please tell us — unclear privacy writing is a bug.
