The Human Flourishing Program

Forgiveness is replacing ill will with goodwill toward those who have wronged us.

It can be learned, and we have a do-it-yourself version of one method that has been tested. The workbook that teaches it is free, available in many languages, and ready now. And you can bring it to your community through the Forgiveness Group video series.

There is no wrong door, and you can stop at any point. Start where you are.

On your own

The method

REACH

REACH is the method the workbook teaches. You work through it across twelve lessons, at whatever pace suits you.

Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, excusing, or reconciling. It is compatible with accountability, truth, and justice.
